Michael Shields Interview with Liverpool Echo (Video)
Michael Shields was sentanced to serve 10 years for a crime he did not commit. Shields was imprisoned in Bulgaria after being found guilty of attacking Varna-based barman Martin Georgiev.
He was later transferred back to the UK to serve out the rest of his sentence before being given a royal pardon earlier this month by justice secretary Jack Straw.
