This is an interesting book for any Liverpool FC fans – previously seen in Liverpool Match programmes, it’s a hand drawn history of Liverpool Football Club as a full colour comic strip. The comic is drawn by Bob Bond, the former Roy of the Rovers and Charles Buchan’s Football Monthly illustrator.
The book is an easy-to-read and highly entertaining journey from the formation of the club to the end of the 2007/08 season. The wonderfully evocative illustrations and witty speech bubbles make this a football club history with a difference!
